We operate a no stranger at your door policy where your Services Coordinator will personally introduce you to your carer before your plan starts. Every client is unique so Parkglen Home Care Services provides a high-quality personalised service tailored to the needs of each individual.
From the start, a Services Facilitator is appointed, who will work with each client to create an individually tailored package of services to suit their care needs and budget. For total peace of mind, all care staff are qualified and police checked and will never just turn up at your door without being introduced first by an appointed Services Facilitator.
Our wonderful team are wisely selected for their individual qualities, professional qualifications, experience, commitment and ability to smile! Of course, our team all undergo thorough background and police checks. They come from a wide range of backgrounds – if you have particular language or cultural needs, we can take that into account to find the right support worker for you.
