Enter your search
Ted spent his early life in the Women’s Hospital after his mum died in childbirth. Looked after by his gran and then a foster family, he grew up in Footscray then lived in Williamstown. At 15, he started his career in managing shops for 30 years until becoming a cashier & teller until retiring. He was happily married to his wife Pat (who he met at a dance) for 52 years.
Ted has lived at Parkglen for 17 years and said he made no mistake coming here. He enjoys the security and locality of Parkglen, especially as a widower. He likes that he can still get out and about and he definitely picked the right place. Ted is the President of the Social Committee and is on the Resident Representative Committee. He attends all the Dinner Dances and monthly luncheons, plays bingo, is part of the Men’s Club and attends the Seniors Club next door.
“Parkglen helps me live confidently by knowing you’re secure. Back up and support is always here.”
