Independent Assisted Living Units

Parkglen has 92 independent assisted living units which are bright and thoughtfully designed with a fresh, neutral colour scheme to complement any décor.   Fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard, easy-on-the-eye, easy care ad easy to live in. 

Each independent assisted living unit has;

• Designer kitchen with optional dishwasher
• Spacious bathroom with quality fittings, including 'no step' showers
• 100% fine wool carpets or floating timber floors (if preferred)
• Quality window furnishings
• Split systems for cooling and heating
• Solar panels (cut power bills by half)
• Ample wardrobe and cupboard storage

We provide a 24-hour monitored Emergency Call System and have a pharmaceutical delivery if you require.  All residents have full use of the Retirement Village Centre facilities and private lounge, including a library and a community bus. You are welcome to bring your pets.
