A bit of background

Marie was born in India and moved to Melbourne when she was 25 in 1970.  She spent most her life in Brisbane before recently coming back to Melbourne and moving into Parkglen nearly 3 years ago.  She also goes to the local church. Her motto in life is “Just be happy.  Have trust and faith.”

Her Parkglen story

Marie moved to Parkglen to be near family.  Her experience settling into Parkglen was ‘really nice’.  She looked at a lot of places before visiting Parkglen and instantly liked it.  She enjoys the fact you can do your own thing here at Parkglen, she has her garden and space of her own.  She says the people and staff are very friendly.  Marie is part of the Social Club (she takes the minutes), enjoys the monthly luncheons and Dinner Dances as well as the organised regular day trips.
